Yum Salad with Nusia Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- Vegetables & Herbs
- 1 cup red cabbage, thinly shredded
- 1 cup green cabbage, thinly shredded
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup white onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Protein
- 1/2 cup deli meat, thinly sliced and cut into small pieces
(or grilled chicken, shrimp, salmon, or tofu)

Toppings
- 3 Tbsp roasted sliced almonds
- Dressing
- 3 Tbsp Nusia Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce
Serve With:
Makes the perfect lil' snack!
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare all vegetables and herbs.
- Slice or shred ingredients into thin, even pieces.
- Place all vegetables, herbs, and protein in a large bowl.
- Drizzle Nusia Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce over the salad.
- Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle roasted almonds on top.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
Tip:
For a quick meal, add grilled salmon, shrimp, chicken, or tofu and enjoy as a complete lunch or dinner.
