Yum Salad with Nusia Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Vegetables & Herbs

  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1 cup green cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup cucumber, julienned
  • 1/2 cup white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

  • Protein
  • 1/2 cup deli meat, thinly sliced and cut into small pieces
     (or grilled chicken, shrimp, salmon, or tofu)

  • Toppings

  • 3 Tbsp roasted sliced almonds

  • Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp Nusia Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce

Serve With:

Makes the perfect lil' snack!

Instructions: 

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables and herbs.
  2. Slice or shred ingredients into thin, even pieces.
  3. Place all vegetables, herbs, and protein in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle Nusia Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce over the salad.
  5. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle roasted almonds on top.
  7. Serve fresh and enjoy!

Tip: 

For a quick meal, add grilled salmon, shrimp, chicken, or tofu and enjoy as a complete lunch or dinner.
